Pickled Cauliflower

- Combine the water and vinegar in a saucepan. Stir in the cauliflower. Stir in the turmeric, pepper flakes, and salt. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce to a simmer, and cook until cauliflower is tender, about 12 minutes.
- Transfer the cauliflower and its liquid to a stainless steel bowl. Place the bowl in a larger bowl of ice water and allow to cool.
